Excellent service throughout. The team knew exactly what they were doing, they moved awkward furniture through tight spaces without batting an eyelid! It was all done in high winds and driving rain with no damage or mess. Cheerful, polite, helpful, flexible, quick and good value for money...what more can I say?

• the packing in Stratton was very quick and painless. The 'wardrobe boxes' were a great idea for packing all of our clothes;
• unpacking at Poundbury was very quick, clean and efficient.... with everything put in the correct place in the new house. No damage - even the three seater sofas were successfully negotiated up stairs to the first floor lounge;
• the price was very, very good when compared to other removal firms.

Despite a 400 miles round journey to the Midlands & back to bring our furniture to storage in Bridport, Richard & Kevin arrived on time. They got all our furniture carefully packed into their van and secure. Very pleasant and helpful guys with excellent service from start to finish. We had a plan where to put items into the storage unit and they put everything exactly where we wanted it. Nothing was too much trouble.

We would definitely recommend them and once we have a permanent home in West Dorset will certainly be contacting them again.

In spite of difficult access issues at both ends, the men arrived promptly and were friendly, helpful and polite throughout without a single complaint or frown. Saturn removals have now moved me twice. The second time back to a property I lived in previously. What was so great is that they were very quick both occasions and also put my furniture back in its original place, which was great for me. How they remembered I'll never know. Also I had them pack for me which was brilliant and time saving for me.
I would totally recommend them.

From the outset, Saturn removals were highly efficient. Same day of requesting quotation, they visited right on agreed time, producing an email mailed, very competitive quotation, within 1/2 hour of their survey. We used their packing service for kitchen items, which was done with great care.

On the day of the move, they handled the whole process with great professionalism, cheerfulness & care. Nothing was too much trouble and they made the whole thing entirely painless.
